How to use 
Winter Frost is used at 2/3ml per litre in the week starting before your final flush. If you flush in week 8 of flower, you would use at the start of week 7 for a week. Its compatible with all other nutrients on the market and any growing media such as soil, coco, hydroponics and aquaponics.
 
How to use winter frost nutrient in Soil/Coco
Use for one whole week watering at least 3 times a week. If watering everyday use Winter frost nutrient for 5 days with a true flush for 10 days 
If watering every 2-3 days use Winter Frost for 7 days , and then flush for 7 days.
